4th Property-Baltimore
My 4th property was a row house in Violetville, a quiet neighborhood in Baltimore. We refinished the floors, repainted, and did some plumbing and roof repair to make this quaint 2-bedroom row house look great! We signed a least 3 weeks after listing the property.
3rd Property-Baltimore
My third property was an end-unit row house in Baltimore and may have been my best deal of the summer! New A/C, furnace, and hot water heater, and all we needed to do was paint, fix a leaky faucet, and replace the kitchen countertop. It has a big fenced yard. We were able to place tenants exactly one month after purchase in 2019 and it was listed for just one week!
2nd Property-Landover
My second property was a small duplex in Prince George’s County. It required new central air, washer/dryer, window treatments, and some lawn care. We were able to place tenants within 5 weeks of purchase in 2019.
1st Property-Hyattsville
This is my first house in Prince George’s County. I lived here for two years before it became a rental in 2012. Since then, it has had only two tenants and one month vacancy between those two tenants. The photos are from 2012.
