Worried about late-night maintenance calls? Those go directly to us! We’ll take care of any issues right away to keep your tenants happy. If you’re not sleeping well, it isn’t because of your rental property!
Placing Tenants
Most real estate agents and property managers charge one month’s rent to place your tenant. We only charge 70% so you get something for the first month. Our tenant-focused model means less turnover and less finders fees.
Passive Income
Once your tenant is placed, your rental property works for you! We charge 10% of each month’s rent and keep you in the loop about any maintenance issues so you’re not surprised at the end of the month. No surprises and no 2AM phone calls. What’s even better? Having peace of mind that your tenants are happy. Half of our tenants say they never want to move!
